Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing - 3 months - London based - FTSE 100 Client

Hyphens FTSE 100 Client based in London currently has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing for an initial period of 3 months.

Your role as Head of Marketing would be to lead and manage a team to produce, manage and deliver effective marketing strategy, tactics and results.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Budget management
Develop an annual plan in line with the Business Unit (BU) objectives including product, promotion and distribution
Lead the priority initiatives go to market plans as necessary
Develop issues or value based campaigns and activities
Run mini- campaigns for any quarterly sales initiatives
Designing and rolling out EMEA wide webinars
Email campaigns
Create and manage digital communities/user groups
Managing and expanding social media presence
Investigate potential for mobile marketing
Support building propositions- working with the propositions team
Designing external campaign plans
Telemarketing initiatives as necessary
Working in Matrix partnership with the global marketing and product management teams
Working with Credit Services and Marketing Services Marketing teams to build and support campaigns
Influencing executive level relationships
Working with the UK Marketing Director to identify synergies across the regions
Work with each country market president to ensure DA EMEA representation in local country marketing activities
Coordinate with global PR to ensure there is a EMEA PR plan in place, and monitor execution against that plan
Lead a team of Marketing Managers/Executives based across EMEA
Set objectives and development plans
Plan people resource required for present and future requirements
