I am recruiting for a senior manager/head of maintenance and access to be based in Berkshire. Please send your CV.

Job responsibilities will include;
*Responsible for issues pertaining to site access
*Health and Safety considerations for engineers/sites/landlords/organisations
*Establishing strong working relationships with commercial and private landowners
*Ensuring both properties and sites are appropriately maintained
*Interaction with estates departments
*Ensuring timely completion of civil/streetworks on site
*Managing site access and maintenance requirements
*Strategic/contractual/procurement devilerables

Desired attributes will include;
*High level experience - possible job titles; Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager/Operations Manager/Head Of.
*Consistent experience managing large numbers of engineers and other managers
*Ability to oversee budgets and have an accurate understanding of yearly projections
*Background in multi site environments eg construction/property industries
*Civil/streetworks/field operations/greenfield/rooftops sites
