I am currently recruiting for an international bank inZurich. The person will be responsible to in-source the currently outsourced whole IT-infrastructure. The successful candidate will have several direct reports and also need to be hands-on at the beginning of the implementation-process. HEAD OF IT (urgent! To be interviewed week 15th-19th April) Responsibilities - Management of the IT team - Planning, development and implementation of the whole IT -department - Ensuring stable and efficient IT production operations - Development and implementation of IT processes in accordance of the companies' strategy - Definition and further development of business processes - Support of the executive board by an added value-oriented IT landscape - Establishment of IT as a professional partner and internal service - Various other tasks Profile - Degree in computer science or similar - Extensive experience as an IT Manager with management responsibilities in a bank or financial services environment - Experience in people management - Fluent English language skills and ideally German (written & spoken) - Structured and efficient work style - "hands-on" mentality - The ability to recognize new trends in IT My client is looking for a permanent employee to join the bank!
