Head of Insight & Performance - Marketing/Communication - £65k

HEAD OF INSIGHT & PERFORMANCE - MARKETING/COMMUNICATION - £60K TO £65K

Capita is currently recruiting for a Head of Insight
- The ongoing development, delivery and deployment of our risk-based data analysis;
- The application of pilot programme insights and evaluation of their effectiveness and continued value for money;
- The direct integration of research insights into communications activity;
- The development of new communications evaluation tools incorporating those that will facilitate the tracking of individual customer actions;
- The evaluation of website performance;
- The creation of an integrated model of communications performance;
- The development of a rolling model which integrates lead measures with headline performance;
- The provision of MI insights and actionable intelligence and recommendations based on this for:
- Performance-related changes to communications activity
- Cost-saving changes to communications activity;

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong data analysis skills and an understanding of data aggregation;
- Passionate about the potential of evaluation, research, insight generation and analytics to transform communications effectiveness;
- Proven experience working in senior - level research or project managerial roles in communications operations, in either a client or agency environment;
- Ability to evidence significant communications Insight, evaluation and research responsibilities and successes;
- Ability to evidence a programme-wide impact in establishing communications performance tracking systems and related actions;
- Highly developed relationship management skills and experience;
- Experience of leading and supporting the delivery of change programmes in a multi-stakeholder environment.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of Financial Services
- Statistical evaluation
- Datamodelling
