Head of HR Policy

HEAD OF HR POLICY - BASED IN CANARY WHARF - 5 MONTH CONTRACT

A major Investment Bank is looking to recruit a Head of HR Policy to join the busy EMEA Human Resources team.

This role will sit in the Talent, Branding and Centres of Excellence division for the EMEA region and will have two direct reports (PRC and HR processes) and will report into the Global Head of Talent, Branding and Centres of Excellence.

Key Skills required for a Head of HR Policy:

*Demonstrable experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry
*Previous experience in process design and risk management.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
*A solid hands-on approach and the ability to build spreadsheets and create PowerPoint presentations.
*Previous experience in a Managerial role
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities of a Head of HR Policy:

*Advise Managers on Policy, Risk and control issues
*Ensure Business Continuity Management for the Talent, Branding and Centres of Excellence function and the Bank in the EMEA region.
*Coach and manage team accordingly
*Build spreadsheets and create PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders within the Bank
