Our Healthcare client is undergoing a period of positive change and the need has arisen for maternity cover to be provided for the current Head of HR. The assignment will start in January for an initial period of 8 months, however they are keen to select the successful person for this role within the next few weeks.
This will be a challenging and varied role and will cover a number of areas including:
-Day-to-day operational management of the HR function and it's team members, of which there are seven.
-The provision of hands-on HR expertise in such areas as Employee Relations and TUPE
-HR Support to current and future projects
The ideal person for this role will be an experienced, qualified HR professional with a robust nature and a positive attitude. Happy to roll their sleeves up and provide support where needed and enjoys a challenging and busy role. Some Healthcare industry would be useful.
Skills/Experience needed:
- Prior team management experience
- Worked in a complex multi-professional organisation
- Up to date Employment Law knowledge
- Solid Employee Relations experience
- Previous project experience including TUPE
This is a pivotal role and your contribution will be key to the organisation achieving its business objectives.
