Position: Head of Financial Management - Customer and Group Strategy

Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Head of Financial Management for an initial 9 month contract, based with our key financial services client that we are working with as first tier supplier.

The Job:

Lead and drive delivery of financial performance for the Customer and Group Strategies
-

Provide full range of support including investment appraisal, pricing modelling, income forecasting, cost reduction initiatives, stress testing, corporate and strategic planning.

Lead, develop and coach a professional finance team in line with the Financial Management capability and business partnering framework

Provide financial insight and challenge strategic reviews and development, seeking to drive financial agenda in corporate KPI's

Skills Required:

Qualified Accountant

5 years post qualification experience
-

Personal credibility in Finance and related technical areas
-

Ability to successfully lead a team of finance professionals

Financial services knowledge, industry trends, methods, products, pricing etc
