HEAD OF FINANCE, ASSET MANAGEMENT, LONDON

This HEAD OF FINANCE position is for an ASSET MANAGEMENT company based in LONDON. This is a minimum 6 MONTH contract paying £800-1000 a day.

The purpose of this role is to provide extensive financial support to enable the FD, COO, MD and management team to operate the business effectively.

The ideal candidate for this role should be a qualified accountant with extensive experience within asset management. This role will require candidates to provide a strong focus on statutory reporting whilst maintaining the general ledger and management accounts. There will also be a heavy emphasis on operational finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Accountable for all aspects of the finance function
- Ensuring delivery of Financial Reporting
- Financial Planning
- Financial control
- Supporting the FD with annual pay round processes

KEY SKILL/EXPERIENCE

- Qualified Accountant
- Asset management experience
- Knowledge of client money processes
- Operational finance experience
