Hardware Engineer Power Electronics (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Develop innovative e-mobility power electronic products in an international team
- Create HW specifications, architecture, and detailed designs based on system specifications
- Calculate and simulate electronic circuits, select components, and communicate with suppliers
- Design power stages, digital and analog control circuits, and collaborate on DFM
- Perform HW unit and integration tests, and collaborate on system integration tests with the system and testing team
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation plans

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Electrical Engineering or Physics degree
- Experience in HW design in some of the following fields: SiC and GaN power converter / HF-skills in OBC communication interfaces / DFMEA and DFMEDA, and functional safety according to ISO 26262
- Fluent experience in ASpice circuit simulations, laboratory work, and experience with Matlab and Altium Designer
- Solution-oriented and team-supportive approach
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written), knowledge of German is an advantage
