Hardware Engineer

My Client is looking for a Terminal Antenna Expert for a long term research role in Helsinki, Finland

Lead and define the technical planning and implementation of 4.5G/5G terminal antenna.
Participate in the design and development of the next generation of terminal products and lead multi antenna scheme design, performance simulation, layout stacking, system debugging and verification, etc.
Leading terminal antenna technology research and scheme design, promote technology research results of product landing, for the future of terminal product competitiveness contribution value.
Keep track on the prototype development and plan for improvement.

Qualifications Required:
Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, high frequency microwave engineering, antenna design or related majors.
10 years or above working experience in mobile antenna design and metal frame antenna design experience.
Deep theoretical foundation and rich industry experience for mobile antenna technology.
With LTE/WIFI/GPS/NFC and other antenna design experience and engineering experience, to ensure the OTA performance specifications.
As the main designers, technical scheme has great innovation significance in the mobile phone antenna, having invention patent is better.
Knowledge of principles, features of the common mobile phone antenna, and the optimization method of antenna index.
Knowledge of common solutions of problems, such as the SAR, HAC, head-hand mode, isolation, and ECC, and ability to come up with technical innovation ideas.
Understanding of new technology, new processing and developing trend of mobile phone antenna.
Knowledge of the electromagnetic field and microwave technology, antenna principle, antenna measurement, simulation software, communication mechanism and so on.
Familiarity with principles and technologies of array antennas.
Experience of the MIMO, Smart antenna, and 4.5G/5G antenna research background, combined with the antenna technology to study throughput performance researcher is better.
Excellent knowledge of wireless communications.
