A leading OEM within the automotive sector is looking to recruit a contract Hardware Engineer for an initial 6 month contract as part of their continued growth strategy.

Within this role you'll be part of a team of Hardware Engineers taking with an opportunity to lead certain parts of the product development. You'll be working within a Power Electronics environment at PCB level and will be responsible for PCB designs (Orcad or Cadence) as well as designing with EMC in mind.

Essential Skills:
Orcad
EMC
Power Electronics
PSPICE

Desirable Skills:
PCB Layout (Cadence Allegro)
LCD and Displays knowledge
Serial Comms (CAN)
LED Technologies

Within this role you'll have the opportunity to work within the buoyant automotive market developing key products in one of Europe's largest OEMs. The initial duration will be 6 months however, there is substantial opportunity for extension.
