I am currently recruiting for a Hands-On Service Desk Manager for a client based in South- East London.

This is an initial 3 month contract to go permanent at the end of the initial contract.

You will be managing a team of 3-4 Service Desk Analysts who will be providing support to 420 end users across 35 sites as well as providing hands-on technical support.

Technical Environment:
-ITIL
-Windows 2003/2008
-Active Directory
-SCCM
-Windows XP/7/8

Some of your duties will include:
-Provide hands-on technical support
-Ensure ITIL industry best practices
-Train, coach & mentor your team of Service Desk Analysts
-Be the escalation point for all requests/incidents on Service Desk
-Manage & monitor SLAs
