For our banking client in Zurich, are we looking for an
Hadoop specialist - Experienced Big Data Software Engineer with recent exposure to open source "Big Data" technologies
Start: ASAP
Location: Zurich
Duration: initial contract of 12 months
In this project will you help to deliver, maintain and support a growing platform which serves multiple areas of the bank, including some very exciting and cutting-edge projects, with board-level sponsorship.
Key skills and experience:
- Configuration Management (Saltstack, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.)
- Strong UNIX skills (Redhat preferred)
- Strong Python/Java/Scala programming
- Hadoop Experience
- Working knowledge of security concepts (as they relate to Hadoop)
- Detailed knowledge of Hadoop and related technologies
