German Speaking Business Analyst/Functional Business Analyst

We are urgently looking for Business Analyst with Insurance sector experience.

Profile of Ideal Business Analyst:

- 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in the role of Business Analyst or Requirements Engineering for Insurance IT projects
- Experience with Direct Channels and Distribution projects, either Life and Non-Life
- Exposure to CRM processes in Insurance context is an advantage
- Work experience with SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics an advantage
- Work experience in a multinational teams and corporate environment
- Insurance certification is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Very good understanding of the customer strategy, services and business processes
- Knowledge of business process documentation, tools and templates
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Analytical skills and capability to generating ideas or solutions for problem
- Native or fluent German language skills
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication
