Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £15,100 per annum with bonus scheme
Flexibility: Sykes is open to discussing flexible work options at interview and in post, pending client commitments, including part-time
Sykes is currently seeking bilingual German/English speaking candidates for Customer Service Representative roles in their Edinburgh office on a flexible basis. Providing a professional and essential customer service to Sykes' clients, you will be fluent in both German and English (with additional languages also beneficial).
Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Support customer issues and advise the best course of action or solution
Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Develop a working knowledge of Sykes' products and services
Be responsible for logging all calls and completing your administrative duties
Candidate Experience
You will have the following skills and experience:
Fluent German and English speaker
Previous customer service experience or a desire to help people
Good organisational skills
Clear communication skills, especially over the phone
