This secondary school in SE London urgently seeks a GCSE Maths Teacher, teaching KS3 and KS4.

Recently graded Outstanding by OFSTED, this comprehensive girls' school is set within a grand Victorian setting, whilst also offering state of the art facilities within its building extensions.

To apply for this role, you must hold QTS. NQTs are welcome to apply, however recent experience of teaching to GCSE level in a secondary school is highly desirable.

The position, whilst initially until Easter, may be extended until the end of the school year.

The successful and experienced Secondary Maths Teacher will be able to apply a collaborative teaching method. They will be working with pupils who are high achievers, therefore the teacher will need to have excellent subject knowledge and be able to demonstrate a high standard working practice. It is key to build good relationships with the pupils to achieve positive results.

To be considered for the position of the Secondary Maths Teacher position you must:

* You must be a qualified Secondary Maths teacher with QTS

* An extensive subject knowledge of Maths

* Must have strong classroom management

* An engaging Teacher that inspires pupils to achieve high levels of attainment

* Demonstrate experience of improving student outcomes

* Able to support the school learning policies and become an active member of the teaching
