Fund Managers Assistant

JOB TITLE - Fund Managers Assistant

LOCATION - Edinburgh

SALARY - Circa £20 per hour

DURATION - 6 months initially

THE ROLE

My client, a market leading Investment Management company, are looking for a Fund Managers Assistant to work closely with Fund Managers, the Client Services Manager and other key stakeholders within the Client Operations area.

The successful Fund Managers Assistant will carry out the following:

- Preparation of cash forms
- Instructing transfer of stock
- Preparing client meeting packs (including preparing presentations for Fund Managers)
- Working with High Net Worth clients
- Preparation of client valuations for signing by Managers
- Checking Client Management fees

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Fund Managers Assistant will come from an Investment Management background and ideally have worked in a similar role.

You will also have the following:

- Good understanding of Fund Management
- Investment Management experience
- Good attention to detail
- Be able to use your own initiative
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
