FUND DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR (REPORTING)

A leading alternative investment firm in London is seeking an experienced Fund Distribution Coordinator to immediately join their progressive team on a 6 month contract.

The client is ideally looking for someone from a strong finance background with experience working with the distribution of fund data and client reports as well as the ideal candidate must have experience liaising with Bloomberg, Morningstar and Lipper platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for distribution of client reports and fund data to clients, data vendors and platforms (eg Morningstar, Bloomberg etc)
- Responsible for the updates of consultant databases and client specific platforms with NAV and fund reference data
- Additional responsibilities in the team will be to assist in reporting activities such as maintaining reference data for client reports and the production of reports

KEY SKILLS:

- Experience of client reporting/distribution
- Experience of liaising with platforms such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, Lipper and Financial Express would be advantageous
- Advanced MS Excel skills would be advantageous
- Experience of working within the alternative investment management industry would be beneficial
- High attention to detail with analytical capabilities
- Highly motivated self-starter, willing to take on responsibility and ownership for tasks/processes, and see delivery through from start to finish, demonstrates a passion for delivery
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills. Able to effectively prioritise tasks and manage own workload. Takes methodical approach to problem solving
