Fund Administrator
IFDS Percana are currently in need of Fund Administrators to join the team in Dublin.
IFDS Percana was founded as Percana Group Limited in 1999. Over the years the company established itself as a supplier of mission critical policyholder recordkeeping software and outsourcing capabilities to the global Life and Pensions industry.
OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide high quality customer service across a broad range of Fund Administration activities. Pricing, trading, valuations and related charges are the principal areas of responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate fund prices are calculated and distributed as per Service Level Agreements with outsourcing clients
- Ensure trading activity is completed accurately and within deadlines
- Assist in preparation of monthly accounts and statutory accounts
- Assist in preparation of IFSRA quarterly returns and annual returns
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Ensuring prices are accurately prepared for your supervisor
- Keep in direct contact with our customers
- Responding to enquiries, either by phone, in writing or online
- Ensuring client specific monthly checklists are completed on schedule
- Covering staff who are absent
The Ideal Candidate
- Business qualification at degree level or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- Life Assurance or Fund Accounts experience preferable
- Good inter-personal skills to deal with people at all levels, both clients and staff
- Enthusiastic worker keen to progress their careerWho we are
