Functional Safety Engineering

*Project coordination and planning of organizational safety activities in coordination with Regional Functional Safety Manager
*Planning all safety activities of the project safety lifecycle and document the planned safety activities in the project (Functional Safety Plan + Functional Safety Case)
*Tailoring of development process as well as cooperating with regional functional saftey managers
*Initiation and planning of Assessments of Functional Safety (scheduling, timing, organization)
*Initiation of verification and validation planning and associated measures
*Planning and Tracing of work-products which are part of the Safety Case
*Cooperating with QM in the various development phases with respect to process and project and product
*Interface to customers and suppliers for functional safety
*Creating and maintaining Development Interface Agreement between OEM and/or supplier
*Developing a Technical Safety Concept(TSC)

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

*Successfully completed Bachelor and/or Master
* ISO 26262 knowledge, rules and processes
*several years of professional experience with project safety management, saftey analysis experience and automotive product development experience
