Front-end Web Developer - Javascript - Lausanne

As part of a web project, our client is looking for a Javascript developer with a background in UX design and development. You will be required to develop web portals and applications to present and support a large dataset Back End.

An understanding of the user journey is essential to design and develop responsive web portals and web-apps while at the same time understanding the significance of the data and how it should be presented.

The Back End is managed using Python so experience of python would be a strong advantage.

Above all, the sense of the aesthetic, the ability to present web user interfaces which are attractive, easy to use and informative is key.

You will be expected to have:

- State of the art Front End JavaScript skills and UX Design skills
- Ideally Back End Python skills
- Machine-learning
- Experience of dealing with large datasets
- Knowledge of mithril framework
- Ideally Experience in scientific programming
