Qualifications
•A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis or technical analysis, including -if requested- a proven experience in information system audit (general controls and IT audits);
•A proven track record in the modelling, analysis, design and implementation of a wide range of business functions and processes related to finance, accounting, assets and procurement and the management of information systems in those business areas;
•Sound analytical skills, detailed methodological knowledge, covering also the Enterprise Architecture approach and project management, and a disciplined and systematic approach to business analysis, risk management and quality control;
•Ability to translate functional requirements into process specifications;
•Ability, depending on the assignment, to analyse and audit information systems;
•Ability to identify priorities and monitor progress of work;
•Ability to interface effectively with users, technical staff and to give presentations to senior management;
•Sound knowledge of approaches, techniques and tools used for project management, enterprise architecture modelling, business analysis such as TOGAF, UML, RUP, BPMN, ARIS and PowerDesigner;
•Ability to integrate in an existing team in an international/multi-cultural environment;
•Good knowledge of IT tools used in the office environment;
•Client oriented;
•Excellent knowledge of written/spoken English and good knowledge of French and/or Dutch;
•University degree in an appropriate field;
•Knowledge of the EU environment is an asset.
