Franchise Finance Manager

My Central Government client are keen to take on a Franchise Finance Manager to come on board to join a very busy project finance team. You will be investigation financial impacts of differing strategies and will have extensive knowledge of UK rail and UK rail franchising. You will work alongside specialist financial advisors and will be experienced in building financial models.

The successful candidate will need;

Advanced ability to gather, assess, analyse and interpret commercial and technical information through financial models and due diligence exercises
Ability to create and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
Experience in the interrogation and analysis of financial models and their contractual implications
Commercial negotiation skills and ability to present complex financial information accurately in a time constrained environment to senior and varied audiences

Essential Skills/Knowledge:

Ability to quantify financial and operational risk in a bid environment (preferably rail)

Detailed knowledge of procurement and specification processes (preferably rail)

Desirable Skills/Knowledge:

Comprehensive understanding of rail industry finances and Franchise Agreement principles.

Experience working in a bidding environment.
