Main Objective of the Role
As Franchise Business Developer you will implement Franchise point of sale system across our client's franchise network, as well as provide initial training to each site & van drivers.

Key Responsibility Areas

Implementation of H.O. server re host system set up:
* Liaise & build strong relationship with systems provider
* Understand configuration options
* Co-author and complete familiarisation with education roll out pack to be used in later training
* Work with company project group and future system users

Implement point of sale system across company franchise network:
* Establish strong working relationship with each franchisee, understand their business processes in relation to new system
* Educate office users and van sales drivers on system access, configuration and templates that are to be used
* Install hardware and system access (Handheld, printer, set up PC system access) at each franchise site and van
* Assist Franchisee in assessment of and integration to Sage Accounting system
* Migrate existing data at each franchise
* Assist if required in stock count and inventory take on
* Provide initial training to each site & van drivers
* Document installation
* Report progress back to line manager & project group
* Provide continuous support to existing system users
