Financial, Profitability, Modelling Expert, Banking, Brussels

OBJECTIVE: The implementation of the Group Product Strategy for all entities of my client, an international bank, with headquarters in Brussels, Belgium but also with offices in the UK, Scandinavia and France.

TASKS:

Participate in building an ABC based model for all International Centralised Securities Depositary or similar (ICSDs for example Crest, Euroclear, Clearstream, LCH Clearnet, CBOT, etc) following the new group strategy integrating the bank's Sweden, Finland, UK, and Belgian entities.

Rationalize and adapt current models;
Participate in the set-up of the new models;
Build the flows and models to enable the computation in Metify and then load to the FDW tables;
Run prototypes and validate results.

SKILLS:

7 years experience;
Experience in set-up of profitability models;
Experience in financial controlling: budgetting, forecast, management information, reporting, accounting;
Experience in cost allocation and optimisation;
The role would suit a Management Accountant, Financial Engineer or similar senior consultant in the Finance function.

Ideally you will have work experience in the Banking sector.
