Financial Copywriter

Our Client, a Tier 1 investment bank are looking for a financial copywriter, to create the base online content required for the launch of a company wide programme.

You will write, repurpose and edit original digital content to be used primarily on the clients website and platform. Develop fresh, straightforward content to clearly communicate the purpose and function online that aligns to customer needs.

Duties:

*Ensure all content maintains the Wealth Direct style and language principles, promoting a cohesive and consistent tone and style.
*Ensure content is appropriate to audience, well structured and grammatically correct.
*Support the Content Editor with the critical assessment of all proposed content (including that of 3rd party agents/agencies where relevant), with the capability to edit/polish output when necessary
*Ensure all content is fully signed off and governance processes are followed at all times.
*Deliver all new and re-worked content on time in accordance with the Wealth Direct editorial calendar and agreed business SLAs.

Commercial Management

The role holder will not have direct cost accountability for content sourcing or generation. However, they will be expected to identify opportunities for improved cost controls, including:

*Opportunities to re-use existing content from across the business where possible and develop into new content mechanisms where possible (eg multi-media).

*Opportunities to re-work offline content for digital channels.

The key measure of success for the role holder will be the overall feedback received from the client and internal stakeholders. This feedback is currently received via scheduled client satisfaction surveys and ad-hoc feedback mechanisms, and this feedback will be a formal component of the role-holder's performance.
