Projektbeschreibung
Our client requires a controller to take hold of the financial systems of a small manufacturing organisation in New Jersey.
Specifically you will:
-Participate in the take-over of a group of industrial companies and achieve a post-acquisition financial action plan, including legal and tax.
-Develop strong treasury and cash management
-Assess internal controls with short/mid/long term recommendations for improvement
-Establish and oversee efficient month end closing processes and reporting, to meet management reporting needs and corporate statutory requirements
-Assess IT and Finance systems and teams
You must have worked in a manufacturing business and have knowledge of standard costing, inventory controls and all types of manufacturing processes. You must be an American National and live in the New Jersey area. This is an interim role with an expected duration of around 6 months.
