IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will implement and control the strategic short- to mid-term business plan for the appropriate budgets of each department as agreed upon with the Managing Director and you will act as a business partner and report to the Managing Director
-Also you will ensure accurate, complete and timely budgeting for Switzerland and ensure reporting to Headquarters as well as to the functional superior
-The planning and forecasting process for Switzerland in a timely manner is another part of this role as well as to act as a business partner providing support to the decision processes in sales and marketing
-You will have to guide, motivate and develop your direct report within the company’s human capital policies
-For Central Europe, you will ensure an accurate and timely reporting for Marketing & Repack costs for each planning and forecast processes

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You have an University degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
-Of course profound work experience in a similar role or relevant experience in Finance is a must
-Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a strong orientation to business and ability to build trustful relationships are part of your profile
-You have fluent English and German language skills
