Finance Manager/Lead Financial Analyst

Finance Integration Project

Role purpose:
To Lead the implementation of specific customer's finance and process change projects to support the successful introduction they internal template.
oHelp the customer in changing their current bank accounts;
oIntroduction of new credit cards to replace current company credit card;
oHelp with the documentation for corporate set-up (Memorandum, I/C SLAs, VAT reporting, Treasury);
oManagement of Customer and Vendor communication plan
oSupport internal Finance teams as appropriate with cleanse, master data and process mapping (Fixed Assets, EFAs, Cost Centre, Profit Centre hierarchy)
Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders (IRIS team, FRA organisation)
Support the client with process mapping/data collection/task management (eg Vision Care R2R transfer, Enterprise Asset implementation).
Role duration: 1 FTE from start (1 Jun) to 31 Dec 13
Profile: Strong operational finance and FRA experience. Proven ability to manage change projects in a Matrix environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
