Finance and Accounting Trading Assistant (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Deals updates in ETRM/ERP system
- Purchase/Sales Invoices preparation
- ERP report compilation and monitoring
- Data entry to update accruals in an ERP system
- UK VAT /MST VAT Return/Swiss VAT
- Assist in monitoring and keeping P&L’s up to date in the ERP system
- Responsible for internal transfers and reporting

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- University graduate or CFC educated preferably with a background in accounting
- Proficient in excel and detailed oriented
- An intermediate user that is competent in VLOOKUP /Pivot tables etc.
- Self-starter and can operate with minimum supervision
- Available immediately
- Profound english knowledge
