Finance Analyst

Key responsibilities:

- Using Excel and SQL for modelling and efficiency changes
- Currency and cash reports
- Financial analysis
- Reporting commercial and operational information to the business (daily, weekly and monthly reporting)
- Supporting the sales function in the commercial decision making (financial modelling incl. budget and forecast modules, prime margin analysis)
- Provide commercial analysis to the business as required
- Business Report Automation
- Assist with budget preparation
- Assist with the Year End processes

A new job opportunity has arisen in Maidenhead for a Finance Analyst to join a consultancy. This role is a fixed term contract for six months, offering the successful candidate an opportunity to work for a global organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a part qualified ACCA or CIMA studier, with 2-3 years experience as a Finance Analyst. Attention to detail and precise numerical skills are vital, with the ability to communication effectively verbally and written. This role will require you to have intermediate to advanced Excel skills; therefore experience in working in Excel would be imperative.
