We are currently looking for a Finance Agent to work with our major blue chip client located in Peterlee, UK. Our client is a multi billion dollar world wide IT service provider.
Role responsibilities;
To ensure that all customer calls and correspondence are handled in a professional and courteous manner in accordance with company policies and procedures and within defined Service Level Agreements
SKILLS REQUIRED;
- Daily research and resolution of discrepancies.
- Financial maintenance of multi branded loan agreements
- Investigation of financial queries from various internal and external departments including direct customer contact.
- Posting of manual receipts
- Managing the process for deceased customers.
- Cancellation of PPI and ensuring the loan account is corrected accordingly
