Facility Relocation Manager - Security Cleared

Skills, knowledge, experience required

Mandatory
1.1.1.Demonstrable and recent experience in the art of transition planning military organizations
1.1.2.Recent experience with hand over/take over and acceptance of new multinational facilities
1.1.3.Familiar with complex equipment/system relocation and reactivation
1.1.4.Worked with facility deinstalations and deactivations
1.1.5.Able to work with dispersed teams
1.1.6.Current and qualified with recognised project management skills

Duties/Roles
3.1.Create the NCISS transition plan to include all aspects of transitioning the functioning NCISS into a fully operational academy
3.2.Reports to the NCISS relocation manager
3.3.Coordinates comprehensively with GS for business continuity, manpower and other enabling functions
