MY DUTIES:

- Develop reporting structure for workforce planning process and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations whilst conducting operation workforce planning whilst ensuring position management process is being followed.
- Articulate further needs for enhancement of the workforce planning process, based on lessons learned.
- Build monitoring and reporting mechanisms in consultations with HRBPs and business for position management.
- Support HRBPs in developing annual workforce plans as part of the organizational planning process, as required
- Develop detailed workforce plans, entailing complex analysis, as an outcome of the annual workforce planning exercise in coordination with HRBPs.
- Conduct workforce forecasting process with finance, HRBPs and business, as per established guidelines of position management.
- Validate workforce and position data in consultation with HRBPs and with business focal point at regular intervals.
- Work with HR Shared service team to reflect changes in position workforce and position data in a timely manner, based on outcomes of discussions with HRBPs and business focal points.
- Knowledge sharing with HRBPs and business focal point for active workforce and position management
- Work with HR program and project specialist to continuously improve and streamline workforce management process.
- Support HR program and project specialist to manage ad-hoc workforce request and position management.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve daily issues in relation to data.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience in data management and reporting
- Experience in human resources function
- Worked on workforce management processes
- Knowledge of workforce planning
- Knowledge about project management
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities in a multicultural environment
- Should be goal oriented and effectively deliver on the expected outputs
- Share information clearly and concisely with stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and effective information exchange.
- Problem solving
- Knowledge of workforce planning principles
- Experience in position management
- Advanced knowledge of English is
