MY DUTIES:

- Inform the organization about the opportunities presented by this important ERP transition, gain motivation and support for this effort
- For this effort, develop and implement detailed planning and reporting documents
- Gather and manage the project with stakeholders to ensure that the project stays on track, on time and within budget
- Understand and apply best-in-class implementation techniques to successfully implement change projects
- Manage timelines, budgets and deliveries
- Plan and lead client groups through business process analysis and design workflows
- Map business process requirements for software functionality, identify holes / alignments, and design solutions for identified gaps
- Document functional requirements and use cases for in-house development objects, including data conversions, interfaces, reports, forms, and more
- Accelerate and perform execution and cutting activities. Create practical suppression software to support business process requirements
- Accelerate the development and implementation of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) for various workflows

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- You have relevant tech experience in Project Management ideally with ERP
- You are familiar with Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies
- Strong communication and communication skills with advice on comfort at a higher level of management
- You have experience in managing organizational change, project planning and resource allocation
- You will be able to lead projects; Manage multiple tasks and competitive priorities in a fast-growing, fast-growing, interactive, results-based team environment.
