ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Preparing management communication material, PMO reports and steering committee documentation where decisions are needed by the Board of Directors
- Creation of ERP roadmap plan, business case creation, and support SITS in decision making to implementation stage
- Utilisation of above documentation to prepare for meetings with possible IT ERP partners, participating in vendor selection
- Systems mapping ‘as is’ – comprising a document of financial, accounting & taxation flows
- High level organisational structure mapping (with regards to system users /needs only) and to inform governance, project team, and high-level system security requirements
- Capturing of future strategic requirements from senior leadership ‘future state’ model
- Overall complex project coordination skills across technical, business and other work streams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Functional knowledge of ERP systems-preferably of the Microsoft stack
- High-level understanding of setup of ERP systems including setup of entities, chart of accounts, consolidation requirements et cetera
- High-level knowledge of types of data models, ERP implementation steps and basics of development process-requirements gathering, requirement signoff, consideration/development, UAT, SIT and release
- Good understanding of landscape of modern cloud-based architecture
- Hands on with operational tasks for ERP (e.g. data consistency checks in excel)
- Experience as a program/project manager for major ERP project delivery
- Preference for Microsoft ERP implementation expertise
- Ability to work in a SME, matrix organisation and comfortable in leading an organisation through a significant change process
- German language skills are mandatory
