ERICSSON TRANSMISSION BACK OFFICE ENGINEER - SDH, PDH, 2ND LINE, SUPPORT, O&M - 3 MONTHS + - DJIBOUTI

My client a leading multinational telecommunication organization is urgently seeking a Transmission Back Office Engineer to compliment their existing team. Responsible for the 2nd level Back Office support and onsite project of the entire Transmission network to ensure continuous availability of network elements & services

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills:

- Preventive, corrective maintenance & 2nd line intervention of Transmission network elements including Ericsson PDH/SDH, HS PDH/SDH.
- Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc ).
- Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (CSR).
- Performance Analysis & Investigation.
- Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Competence domains.
- Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
- Outage reporting & performance reporting on 3PP Support activities.
- Backend Support and monitoring of all nodes in relevant competence domain area.
- Ensure availability of 3PP in case of onsite emergencies.
- Enforce and ensure adherence to Change Management processes and procedures in all support processes.
- User acceptance testing on new solutions.
- Involve in the roll-out of all equipment, services and products.
