MY DUTIES:

- Advice on definition and setup of a central EA documentation / EA catalogue (take GTAF into account, but initially CIOO-driven)
- Clarify which kind of documentation will be needed
- Define the main topics, structure (Best Practice)
- Recommendations for building an architecture repository
- Recommendations and best practice for documentation structure
- Definining procedures and interfaces for collaboration
- Recommendations for tooling, review of existing documentation possibilities
- Recommendation GTAF Catalogue (structure of a central catalogue for GTAF topics and decisions)
- Templates / Patterns for EA documents: "New Standards“, how (best) to describe a standard; "Reference Architecture“, how (best) to describe a standard; "GTAF Decision“, a decision of GTAF must be well documented, standardised and accesible
- Optional: Analyse existing Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) Tools: As-Is situation, recommendations for using a cental EA tool, recommendations for a EA tool / EA tool setup

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in the field of infrastructure
- Business fluent in German and English
