Location: Newcastle easily commutable from Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Durham and with excellent access from Northumbria
Rate: £36.50 per hour

OUTSOURCE UK LTD is actively seeking to recruit a Engineering Project Planner for a contract role on behalf of a client.

THE CLIENT:
A leading Engineering and Defence organisation

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
The successful Engineering Project Planner candidate will be responsible for the following:
Production and management of the vehicle programme schedules in both Microsoft Project and SAP, ensuring all annual and monthly business cycles data inputs are provided
Tracking and monitoring engineering tasks to ensure that the progress of all projects is controlled and reported on with regards to time, cost and quality requirements
Monitoring and updating of customer delivery and internal resource databases
Supporting the lead project and vehicle manager on day to day activities, this includes customer meeting preparations and liaising with the engineering teams
Attendance at customer reviews including off-site meetings where required
Continuously improving the engineering project planning in your allocated area
