OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead engineering projects in the medical devices production facility. The project types include but not limited to: manufacturing cell transfers, product transfers, new product introductions, asset replacements, asset decommissioning, manufacturing capacity increase, new technology deployment and continuous improvements

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scope
* Work with the Program leaders to manage all project activities
* Design project plans and execute projects based on those plans
* Determine resource requirements and priorities for a given project and communicate these requirements to management in a regular, timely fashion.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
* Monitor progress of all major tasks/milestones through to completion with all project team members and other assigned owners to maintain accurate visibility of project status.
* Report/escalate any slippage that impacts the planned deployment dates.
* Identify the critical path and work with team pull in/maintain completion dates
* Work with Work-stream Leads and Project Engineers on establishing test plans, resourcing plans and progress reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (MUSTS)

* University degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 7+ years relevant experience.
* Project Management experience 3+ years.
* Experience with manufacturing cell transfers, regulated product transfers, set up of new production lines
* Formal project management qualification/certification, PMP or similar.
* Demonstrated track record of engineering project delivery in regulated manufacturing industry (Medical devices, Pharma, FDA, ISO, etc.)
* Experience of working in global Matrix organisations.
* Ability to work with cross-functional, virtual and global teams
* Fluent in MS Project
* Languages: English (fluent)- Quick learner, motivated self-starter; - Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills; - Able to follow change management for internal guidelines. Language proficiencies: -English and Swiss German spoken and written;
