Emptoris Service Level Manager
Our client, a global leader in Computer Software, is looking for a skilled Service Level Manager to work as part of their consulting team.
Responsibilities:
- As an Emptoris Consultant you will provide supply management consulting, supply chain strategies, data analysis and project management services to organizations using Emptoris Solutions
- In your role as senior consultant, you will work directly with client teams and consulting team members and will be responsible for mentoring other members of the team.
- You will have specific Emptoris product knowledge as well as experience in implementing Emptoris solutions
Profile:
- Collecting project requirements
- Managing multiple client projects
- Developing sourcing and contracts strategies and processes
- Configuring Emptoris software based on project requirements
- Conducting Workshops on Emptoris software and sourcing/contracting techniques
- Developing and presenting reports
- Automating manual processes
- Creating templates, how-to documents and other best practices content
- Fluent English or German
