Employee Relations Specialist

My public sector client are keen to take on an experience, fresh thinking Employee Relations Specialist for a twelve month contract position based in Liverpool.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of HR and subsequently the Director for Corporate Services.

*Drive and oversee all Employee Relations (ER) initiatives within the organisation, working closely with the Board, SMT, HR and Change colleagues
*Develop an ER Strategy and TU Facilities Agreement aligned to business needs
*Advise and support all parts of the business on ER matters to ensure their effective management
*Advise on pay related matters including pay reviews, reward strategy and changes to pay related terms excellent interpersonal skills; a wide understanding of people issues
*Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
