* HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER - EDINBURGH - 12 MONTH CONTRACT.*

Out public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for an HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER to assist and take lead with the review and development work on a range of existing and newly commissioned HR policies, procedures and frameworks and also assisting with the preparation and planning for both general and specific reward interventions for the service including annual staff pay outcomes and staff-group specific matters.

Other responsibilities:

- Monitoring the application of Employment Relations and Reward products within the service, providing advice and support to users to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Providing support as required in the formulation and preparation for the negotiation of corporate-level change initiatives.
- Monitoring compliance with statutory employment requirements with regard to employment policies (both existing and those under development).
- Providing support to the resolution of collective disputes at both national and local level and supporting the development of the Management case for matters progressing for conciliation or arbitration.
