Employee Relations Advisor

Harvey Nash's public sector client is recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor for an ongoing contract role. The role will be within the organisation's HR team; you will be reporting the HR Business Partner and will be responsible for providing expert advice on all matters relating to human relations. You will be managing an employee relations caseload, while also working with HR to ensure there is consistency in the implementation of the policies and procedures.

You must have:

. Significant experience in an Employee Relations role
. Experience in providing expert support and advice
. The ability and confidence to deal with approximately twenty live cases
. Experience of working on complex cases
. Good understanding of employment law and practise

In addition to the above skills/experience, it would also be highly advantageous if you have experience in policy development.
