Employee Relations Advisor - Stirling - 6 Month Contract

Start Date - Mid October

- Financial Services background
- Ideally has experience of facing off to sales/regulatory environment
- Good breadth of knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Good all round ER knowledge on processes ie absence, disciplinary etc
- Previous project experience
- Problem solver and ability to evaluate and resolve issues quickly
- Able to stay calm and collected and not get flustered
- Is proactive and able to work without being micro manage - able to escalate only when required
- Union experience will be an advantage
- CPD or CIPD preferred
