Employee Relations Advisor

Our client, a leading mobile telecoms operator, is currently looking to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor to work on a contract basis from their Glasgow location.

As the ER Advisor you will be expected to be able to adapt to both the reactive and proactive requirements of the role, handling circa 40 ER cases at a time.

Your main responsibilities within this role will be to:
*Provide ER specialist advice and support to line managers - this will mainly be low-medium risk ER cases.
*Maintain accurate records of all documentations and actions relating to the ER cases.
*Develop and maintain strong working relationships with ER Managers, Specialists and HR Business Partners throughout the business.
*Support ER managers on more complex ER cases.
*Support the development of HR policies and create or develop any appropriate documentation.

Ideally you will come from a mobile telecommunications background, or similar and will be comfortable working within a fast paced and reactive environment.
