Digital Project Manager

OUR CLIENT IS WELL KNOWN STRATEGIC AGENCY WHO WORK WITH A NUMBER OF GLOBALLY RECOGNISED CLIENTS. HAVING SECURED A NUMBER OF NEW PROJECTS, THEY ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, HARD WORKING AND FUN LOVING TECHNICAL DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM ON A FIXED TERM 3 MONTH CONTRACT. RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING WITH BOTH AN EXTERNAL BACK END DEVELOPMENT TEAM AND CLIENT, THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE DELIVER TWO MAJOR DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS BY APRIL 2014.

YOU RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Maintaining an in depth understanding of the client's business, their industry, brand and future visions whilst assisting to manage needs on a daily basis;
- Working with the agency, client and third parties to complete end to end project implementations;
- Providing high levels of support and project guidance to both third party providers and clients;
- Developing and managing project timelines;
- Managing internal billing processes.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

- An agency background with 3-4 years digital experience;
- Comprehensive understanding of digital disciplines and the production process;
- Experience working in a Project Management capacity;
- Hands-on, technical experience within a Web Development environment - experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Managing Wordpress, MailChimp and Google Analytics;
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent attention to detail, planning skills and the ability to prioritise work loads;
- Most importantly, confidence and common sense!
