Digital Programm Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Oversee the creation of business capabilities by project managing the process, define which materials are needed for the capabilities’ packages, one pagers, target audience description and after feedback from the client business owners coordinate the contractor will adjust these materials
- Document workflows and processes to create transparency and clear guidelines on how to deliver the available capabilities in the digital retail media space, step by step process and RACI (responsibility assignment matrix)
- Pilot roll out of the process after they have been designed and adjust them based on test learnings
- Coordinate the demand generation for the existing capabilities/services with the client partners
- Build processes to monitor the adoption of the business capabilities/services, defining KPIs for adoption, usage, retention, demand management
- Maintain the inventory of business capabilities catalogue for the area, meaning all materials are up to date and with clear roll out process
- Produces timely, detailed summaries and high level reports, consolidated reporting across all the business capabilities at global and local level
- Coordinate the organization of webinars and workshops and trainings on digital retail media capabilities (1-3 per quarter)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Programm Manager skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Experience in Fashion
