What You'll Be Doing:
- The Digital Process Engineer will work as a member of the team to provide process engineering expertise that will help improve business user online experience.
- The Digital Process Engineer will collect and analyze data from VoC (Voice of Customer) and UX (User Experience), develops current customer experience process flows, conducts RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and recommends enhancements to product flows to improve UX.
- Candidates must have CX/UX (Customer/User Experience) design discipline experience for online products and experience in managing strategic partner relationships. The individual must be consumer oriented and have unique blend of strategy, UX, product, and analytical skills.
- Collect and analyze VoC (Voice of Customer) data and UX (User Experience) data. Conduct Root cause Analysis (RCA) on collected data and make pertinent recommendations.
- Define and implement user-centric product strategy and interface design for online products to drive increased user satisfaction, engagement and conversion
- Manage creative agency work associated with site enhancement designs, and working with development teams to ensure the workflow and designs reflect user needs
- Conceptualize business requirement into analytical problems and identify the best analytical tool/methodology to resolve the business need
- Leverages strong analytical skills to provide insights as well as recommendations for changes and convince key decision makers the benefits of the proposed solutions
- Utilize strong analytical tools and techniques, such as SAS, SQL, Oracle and Teradata to derive core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate and A/B tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- BS degree in quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.) is required
- Extensive hands-on experience in data mining and strategy development, web analytics experience preferred
- Three to five (3-5) years business, web strategy or online marketing background
- Ability to grasp complex technical subjects and generate a simplified view
- Process engineering, including process writing/documentation
- Experience with web analytical tools (Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Keynote).
- Solid working knowledge of software applications for data analysis and presentation (ie, MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL, etc.)
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (graphing and presentation)
- Ability to remain flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment and new business processes and concepts
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to interact and communicate with individuals in various functional areas
- Six Sigma Experience a Plus
