MY DUTIES:

- Represent the Research Europe team in global IT projects (RD Tech Strategy Projects), function as Power User and offer support to the Research Europe team for the digital systems as appropriate
- Responsible for equipment management in SAP Fiori; request new inventory numbers, request and coordinate new maintenance plans and report equipment mutations
- Ordering general lab consumables in Ariba incl. monitoring of delivery
- Creating orders for maintenance/repairs of lab instruments in Ariba
- Request new vendors in Ariba
- Digital support for Research budget
- Offering support to the team in the process of special shipments

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong IT knowledge is required as well as high affinity for communication technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of the team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in German and English is essential
